what exactly is an IP addresss????? this been botherin me for quite a fuckin while. some say every computer has one and some say it's specific to your actual geographical addres and your net connection....
whats up with this?

if you have a static IP thats your lil identification. most people nowadays get a new IP each time they log onto the net so for most ppl its pretty much pointless..but forums log IPs to ban computers..ppl use IPs for their webservers..for FTPs. blah blah blah
