damn. we all thought it might b him, and the cover of the bay area section in the chronical confirms it. we all thought it was him but didnt want it to be true. i open the paper today to see phils face staring bacc at me. yesterday he was arrested for the killing of robert ramierz, who was shot over 20 times. i made a post on this a while bacc. i dont know if they can make it stick cuz i dont think think they have a witness. supposedly they found the murder weapon at a member of phils familys house. that doesnt sound like him though cuz unfortunately he never was stupid about the dirt he did. we shall soon see. i am still waiting for the arrest of another dude who people feel may have been the accomplis.
