That shit is no joke, it has happened to me before in training. I reached back removed the shell and then my skin came off like wet paper, I had a huge scab for like 2 weeks. When it happened to me though it didn't go all the way down my shirt because I was laying down it just stayed on my neck until I grabbed it.
