My cousin just passed away last Friday in a drunk driving accident R.I.P.

My cousin was a victim to a drunk driver. From what I was told, he wasn't wearing a seat belt. He died on the scene. Regardless, can my cousin's family still sue the drunk driver for wrongful death?

Plus the price of a funeral is a big dent in the pocket can't blame them for getting a little help from that peice of shit!

Yea I hear that, but that's something to say if he crashed for speeding and it was his fault or something of that sort, in this case dude was drunk and caused a DEATH! Put yourself in his position.
