i say u change the color to baby blue or something so it can blend in wit the banner

Looks good to me. You should make most of the shapes in the banner have a reddish tint.

its a square within shapes, i think maybe blend in color within the black part of the square as red and get rid of the white that sepperates it from the swirals outwards, make it mesh all together..
