Hmm, Remar could be right, because EPA City Records is actually based in LA.

The label is only called 'EPA City Records' cause Will Roc from Ghetto Guerilla started it up..

They moved down to L.A. from EPA... Peep that 'Life & Times Of A Hustla' '93 album, they rap about it.

So if Loco Clown ain't part of Ghetto Guerilla, he ain't from Pallly Alto!
