has anyone got a chance to try one of these out?

saw the specs on it looks pretty solid eventhough you can get an MPC2000xl for the same price as a 1000 if not cheaper on E-Bay

Man I think it's a waste personally....I make my drums using keyboard keys anyway, but if u NEED big ass drum pads then go for it lol

^yeah besides you can buy a midi controller with the same kind of drum pads for 200-300 bucks and hook it into reason or whatever and it will pretty do the same thing as the MPC will.

I heard the MPC is a great sequencing tool but I'd figure something like Cubase or something alongt those lines would work just the same if not better
