someone brought an ipod nano over they got for xmas and I hooked em up. It was kind of coo. it was only 2gb. I like the scrolling mecanism on it, however it can seem very touchy at times. I like the chrome back but it is always smeared with skin grease from people that touched it. Even if you shine it up it gets nasty again. lol I guess im OCD. I wasnt sure how to do photos though. DIdnt have a manual. and it wasnt too user friendly on adding pictures. I am guessing there is another program used to add em. I also dont like how the nano showed as a usb mass storage device yet the only way to add or remove songs is directly through Itunes. And the only way to check the capacity was in Itunes. The nano seems way too propietary. I would prefer another type of player personally. My other homie got an Olympus one. 40gb, has photo, video, and a touch screen. Even has the camera lens on it to take pictures. Way better. Even a little cheaper off of eaby. A little bit bulky compared to that nano but.

I guess for how small the nano it is coo. I really would like a nano that doesnt have a chrome back.

ive got an old 20gig black and white screen ipod and ive had no problems with it. im usually really rough on thing so the fact that its lasted me this long is pretty impressive in my book. if you look for an old ipod on ebay, im sure you can get one pretty damn cheap.

some irivers and creative's have line-in and FM radio RECORDING capability. great if your a musician or like to listen to radio shows.

if those aren't a concern, i'd peep the ipods for usability.

i got an ipod video, its pretty dope, its probably the most user friendly pretty easy to use. there hella shit you will end up having to buy for it though. With my experience so far is thats the back scratches hella easy, so i had to buy some cases for it cuz i didnt want it to get fucked up. i would go with an ipod.
