Dopest outta sac STILL?
Ive never even considered Tnutty in that realm at all. But i did kind of stop checking for him after his initial buzz, which was now damn near 20 years ago... whats a go to album of Tnutty's that you feel strongly about? I might have to double back.
The thing with Tnutty is he really only has 1 type of fan, hes kind of pigeon holed himself. It seems like 90% of his fans are like 20-35 year old males on the West Coast
Tim has a fanbase depth that I dont think any artist in sac has ever had regarding diversity. I see young teens listening to him, know a 40yr old that likes him. Guys, girls. Across ethnicities. Nobody else from Sac right now could sell out a good size venue in virtually any state like Tim could.
Tims career kind of took the arc that I thought Smigg's would when i first heard him. He could rap, he was relatable, had charisma, had a certain vocabulary that was catchy. For a long time, I thought Smigg would be the next big thing outta sac. It never materialized

Cant get mad at Tim for marketing his brand. Its smart, they are making hella bread off it and it increases his visibility...
But ya, aint nobody in Sac wearing it. That shit would seriously get you shot. Politics are way too intertwined right now. To keep it real, you really cant even listen to the music in certain parts of the city.
