MUTHAFUCKIN TIGHT. I'm already picking this as album of the year. Man it's not your typical hip hop sounding album. It's diversed as fuck. It has a rock/funk/hip hop/70's sound to it. Shit I can't explain it with words. It's best that it's heard. Maaaaaaan it's fuckin sick. I don't know if it will cater to everyone but it sure is catering to me. I can't say it enough. It's fuckin siiiiiiiiiiiiiick. It's fuckin' sicker than a hiv positive fag with cold soars and a flu with hemmeroids and herpes.

I liked the new Talib Kweli, especially the songs: Around my way, and Beautiful struggle. A few of the songs were garbage though: Broken Glass, and A game.

I'd give Talib Kweli's album 7/10.

Haven't really listened to the mos def yet. A few tracks. No opinion.

I do like a few tracks on the Talib, some songs are str8 garbage.

I feel ya on that. The CD starts off strong but by the end it falls off hard. The song with the Police sample is real weak, it reminds me of something Afeni Shakur would put out. I'd say about half the songs are solid, 1/4 is weak, 1/4 is so-so. Id give it a 6/10, nowhere near as good as Quality...
