are you guys seeing / did you see the presidents speech

he said to the people who "oppose freedom in the middle east" to look at japan as an example of how nobody said democracy could be brought there and they would still preserve their emperor, religion, etc, but they are proof of democracy being the only government proven to give prosperity and stability

think this is a subtle way of softening people up and convincing them a nuclear strike isnt all bad?

I heard the speech and it is fucking hilarious that this clown of a president goes over there and decides to "talk" to the people, which is something we should have done in the beginning!
