Oliver North BROKE THE LAW, LIED UNDER OATH about something thats a million times more important then getting head. He went against everything our country is. He went against the constitution of the United States of America. And then you say its justified? When is the line drawn? When is it OK to go against the constitiution and lie under oath? as far as i am concerned, any person who puts america before themselves like oliver north did. that is a perfect example of a patriotic american not an anti-american.

he was willing to take the fall for his country, president, and military for something that many people thought was worthwile.

1. he was selling weapons to the iranians (which in turn helped get back the hostages)

2. he then took the weapons money and supported the Contras (who were freedom fighters fighting against the Communist Sandanistas) in Nicaragua

Actually what Oliver North did was completly disregard the constitution and in doing that he put the US one step closer to becoming a dictatorship. Yeah I guess he fell for something worthwhile if you think gonig against everything our country was made on is worthwhile.
