LAKEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -- A Colorado couple found an unusual topping on their order of tacos: a small bag of marijuana.

They discovered the drugs with their order from a Del Taco restaurant and called police, said Lakewood police spokesman Steve Davis.

Twenty-six-year-old Dennis Klermund, who police say waited on the husband when he picked up food Oct. 16, faces charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Klermund initially denied any knowledge but admitted the bag was meant for a friend after a search dog found more marijuana in a locker, police said.

Klermund no longer works at the restaurant, said manager Ulises Montero. A message left for Klermund was not returned.

of course this never happens to someone who wouldnt call the po's...but then again, we wouldnt hear about it. even so, what the fuck is up with folks eagerness to call the police? i swear in this country people are looking for any reason to call them.

called the police?! Why is it only square ass people that get lucky like this?! i wish i found me a bag of weed in my taco! I would consider it a free meal because i can either sell the bag or have some people throw some fade on it.

a i got a bag you got fade... that would be dope come up...but i would prolly just burn it without askin for fade.

haha! I would to but im just a greedy ass cat like that. if i found a bag, shit i would ask anyone walkin down the street to just shoot me 3 bucks to smoke a full blunt with me. nothing feels better than havin a great meal and smoking a blunt afterwards instead of a cig.
