I'm still in the air about this, but I'm leaning more towards it being real or something the government is running on the people. If it is delusional parasitosis, research needs to be conducted to explain why people who have never heard of each other and had no contact with each other are saying they have the same disease/sickness/parasite.

Here is an excerpt from one of the links and I would have wigged out if this happened to me (bold mine):

Yeah fear and death. It looks like this is part of their plan to try to force chip implants. As if a chip could stop this. It's just part of their propaganda to try to get people to take chips.

Second the UN wants to reduce world population by 80 percent. They can;t just blast and bomb everybody. So they might try this morgellons. Morgellons aka Wraith Worms.... only certain people can even get them though. The stuff is nasty though.
