Why don't Cali rap artists hit the Midwest scene anymore? All the new Southern rappers like Lil Scrappy, Lil Wayne, T.I., Lil Boosie, Three Six Mafia, and most of the other Southern artists are getting money all throughout the Midwest. Small Midwest cities like Omaha, Kansas City, Tulsa, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Wichita, and St. Louis have always supported the WestCoast rap movement. E-40 slid through the Midwest this summer, but that was it. No Ice Cube, no Snoop Dogg, no Game, no Too Short, no Mitchy Slick, no Mac-10, no MC Eiht, no DJ Quik, nobody from the West came to get this money waiting on niggaz in the Midwest. Live performances in these cities will no doubt mean, more album sales in these cities. I'll love to see the WestCoast rappers infiltrate the Midwest like in the early 90's. The money has always been here in the Midwest, just different niggaz are getting it now. Niggaz like Chamillionaire and Mike Jones, instead of Snoop Dogg and DJ Quik.
