i already know bout how xbl will find out if ur shit is modded they will ban u etc...but what about if its modded with a stealth patch? is it reliable? anybody here have a modded 360 that still goes on xbl?

yessir...got mine modded and i'm on XBL everyday..as long as you have ur games stealth patched and dont play games before they're released, you should be ok..fuck payin $60 for games

itll work til microsoft figures out the stealth patch and bans it on the next system update. you gotta stay up to date with the bios of the firmwares to stay online with a modded box. people do it but i got no clue.

i had my shit modded for a good year before i got banned from live. i didn't notice any system updates or anything...one day it worked, the next day i tried to play some halo and i couldn't log on to live.

i had the stealth patch, but like someone said, eventually microsoft figures it out and you get banned. i'm not really trippin i guess, cuz i still play my 360 all the time, and only pay a couple bucks for games...but i would definitely like to get some online action going...i've been considering buying a second console to play online.

anyway, yeah...it works, for a while...be careful though

Been modded since the first Gears of War came out just keep up with the new firmware and dont play games before they come out and you should be ok but I will say this I know people that had the same firmware as me and kept up on there shit and got banned so you never know but I feel its worth it. If it gets banned just sell it and get a base Xbox and start over they crack everything xbox does only takes a little time and you will have so many games you wont know which to play and thats the only bad part.

modded my 2 boxes by myself (samsung & lite-on) never been banned still playing on XBL since 2006. But yeah like ppl say, keep the latest firmware updates tho and be sure your games are stealth patched.
