Im feelin the 1st one better, not feelin the text you put on the 2 one, looks like you put a good amount of work into the 1st one, 2 one looks like a couple grunge brushes n some text, which is nice 2, but definitely feelin the 1st one, has a good choice of colors n brought together well, Good work!
