Racist Arizona Sheriff Arpaio to campaign
for Romney in New Hampshire
The Mormon anti-immigrant candidate for president Mitt Romney has
recruited the bigoted sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona to campaign
for him in the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a vile character who has targeted the Phoenix area
Latino community with a series of questionable law enforcement practices.
Sheriff Arpaio organized a sinister posse of anti-Mexican racists who
routinely stop and arrest Latinos based simply on color of skin. Those
Latinos that arrested are then charged with "suspicion of being illegal."
Romney is running against Arizona Senator John McCain and believes
that bringing his henchman Joe Arpaio to New Hampshire will help him get
the votes of the state's xenophobes. Romney finished second in Thursday's
Iowa caucuses, behind former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee. McCain
finished fourth.
The racist Arpaio said that Romney was one of the first governors to
use state troopers to clamp down on undocumented immigrants. Arpaio is
using Maricopa County deputies to do the same thing. Mitt Romney, who's
father was born in Mexico, will surely suffer the consequences during
the February 5th primary in California. He now has no chance of
becoming the next US president. The huge Latino electorate will make
sure of that.
