San Diego star Mitchy Slick is ready to unleash his brand new mixtape XXL Vol. 2: Guns and Ammo in 2 weeks! After a succesful Vol. 1, Mitch is looking to introduce a gang of new faces to the masses and let his homies shine too. So by copping the tape you will get to your artists like Greeny Green, Tiny Doo, Ric Nut, Lil Mitch and other WrongKind rappers aswell as vets such as Phil Da Agony, Chace Infinite, Luni Coleone, I-Rocc, Guce, Young Droop and Damu. This time around there will be alot more original beats and less cover songs, beats will be handled by the likes of Khalil and Cricet, aswell as others.
There will be different versions of the tape hosted by different DJs, one of them being DJ FIngaz himself!
So lookout for this mixtape to hit the streets soon, but maybe also the stores, as they're trying to work out some distribution for it as we speak.
Ya'll know Mitchy Slick is also working on the Strong Arm Steady shit with Krondon, Phil Da Agony, Self Scientific and Xzibit, they will start recording for the album soon. Mitch is also looking to put out his second solo album 1st quarter of 2004, featuring Triggeration Station Pt. 2, produced by Steve Vicious (VMF).
