but wont they take forever to release? i heard of majors taking MONTHS upon MONTHS to release a cd...

like i think i read on here p.diddy sometimes holds on a year or something than releases cds. dont know how much truth is in that

but to tell you the truth.......hyphy music might get you airplay and all.....but it doesn't sell itself.

^^^all these artist had a really nice album worth listening to(IMO). their albums were clean and weren't filled with bullshit music. They all stood out on their own, and whether they sold 25,000 or 2 million records I think they didn't disappoint.

If you look at the south and how crunk music had to evolve into somethin besides lil jon Bust yo head music its the same for hyphy music. We need to evolve from pure retarded music to hyphy/mob music imo
