mIRC Question

I know how to download shit that appears on the screen ("/msg XXX-XXXXX xdcc send #X"), but how do I download stuff when I get into somebody's file server?
I've typed "help" and it says to type "get XXX," but it doesn't work. I type the whole title (example: "DR_DRE-NOTHING-2002-WHOA") after "get" (and a space) and nothing happens. It says "Invalid file name."
Can somebody please tell me how I start downloading? Thanks in advance.

Immediately type "dir" to see what's in the file server

then type "cd (space) FOLDERNAME" (change directories) to change into a different folder

If you see something you want just type "get (space) FILENAME"

Once you're in a folder and you want to go back just type "cd.." and it'll bring you back one spot
