Can anybody confirm the following MIDI gear is -10dbv:

Triton Classic
Motif 6
Proteus 2000
Mo'Phatt

From what I can tell they're all -10dbv... Also, does anybody know of a good line level shifter that is of high quality? I recently purchased an Apogee AD-16 & RME HDSP9652 Card and am connecting all my MIDI instruments directly to the AD-16 via the D-Sub Snake and the volume on the input meters is MAD low which would confirm for me that my MIDI gear is -10dbv...

Anybody have any ideas for converting unbalanced 1/4" -10dbv to balanced XLR +4dbu?

I already read that, and the only companies there that I would consider buying from are Manley and Avalon Design... I'm in quite the predicament... I'm not really interested in purchasing 8 Avalon U5's... there has got to be someone besides ebtech who makes a really good 8 channel line level shifter.
