i dont know how many other people have problems with these fucks...but they suck..my phone died on me after 2 weeks of having it..they said it would take 3 days to get a replacement..and its already been 8 days..anyone else have this experiance with them...

and make them pro rate your bill

you get what you pay for

i used metro when i was in the bay and always had problems with there customer service but its still worth it for unlimited minutes and text for 30 a month no contract

i dont use metro pcs any more because a few years ago i lost my phone and i was paying extra money on it every month 4 the so called insurance,,,,,so i ended up losing the phone and they wouldnt replace it even tho i had insurance on it.....and good luck 2 all the people that use metro pcs while the feds listen 2 your conversations,because the feds own metro pcs.

lol @ "your bill"...Dude it's basically glorified pre-paid service...They give 2 shits...Hell, have u seen their commercials? The C.E.O. cant even afford to get his grill fixed....Dude looks like Eddie Munster who bit a brick lol


And Reese yer right, but it's not limited to Metro....The "Patriot Act" allows the laws to listen in no matter WHO yer service is through....However I think the spooky hood tale about them being owned by the feds is nonsense.

for what it is metro aint that bad, but like others they fuked me over after i bought a so called new phone from them. Didnt want to replace it or even give me a discount for another one. I jumped ship, took my "727" prefix and went to Tmobile and aint looked back.
