A mo-ped driver was arrested early Wednesday morning after the propane tank he was carrying was discovered to contain anhydrous ammonia.

Indiana State Police Trooper Matthew Powell was patrolling on Road 900E about 5 a.m., after an anhydrous ammonia tank was reported stolen from Tri-Co Farm Supply. The trooper saw a driver on a mo-ped carrying a tank near the intersection of Road 850E and Base Road.

Hahahaha Columbus Indiana...My son was born there. I used to live down there and hated it. I check out therepublic.com almost everyday.
