MAn I know you got a hatred for Budden but seriously. First you spelled Melle's name wrong and secondly have you heard "Muscles" that shit is trash. Melle Mel didn't even write everything he spit back in the GMF & F5 days and he's one of the main reasons the group dissolved.

The Ass Cracc of Hip Hop.....that shit had me laughin....

but i kinda agree with Budden on this one.....these dudes are pioneers and all that.....give them that they laid the foundation and tha groundwork but in todays Hip Hop lyrically about 95% of these dudes would get just demolished......

Melly Melle is legend and pioneer, yes. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't The Vibe list based soley on "rapping" and not greatest career, not best entrepenpeur, not first to do it? If that were the case, Melly would be at number 3. Melly Melle rapping in 2009, on some lyrical shit, I can't see it.
