Either way it goes it's a death sentence. And I'm not wishing death on him at all, but serving time is sure gonna seem longer in Punk City (P.C.)

Hopefully the judge takes into account that this guy never once apologized to the family for the "accident" until after his conviction. And if really an accident, why not just say as much following the incident. I could see the taser defense being legit but not in this situation when you take in the totality of circumstances. Judges explain thier decision process and I can't wait to hear this one if they let him go with 3 years or so.
