cut out the rice and beans and switch w/ salad...more veggies less eggs and when u do eat eggs only the egg whites....hella water...if your hitten the weights include cardio depending how hard you hit the weights it could effect the weight loss do to muscle gain.

i hit cardio twice a day usually once in the morning before breakfast and then once again after lifting weights usually for about 30 minutes each time but its mainly like 20 walking 10 running still get out of breathe easy but able to run more at a time as i go on and when i say eggs i only eat the white thats why i boil them so i can throw the yoke out.

Most of the nutrients are in the yoke !

I'd say eat 2 whole, and two whites.

But your plan looks pretty solid. Fasted state cardio sessions are great.

Maybe do some HIIT (high intensity interval training) for cardio on your off days.

I've done HIIT on an empty stomach in the morning and got great results.

Good luck man !

it actually has the reverse effect, i thought, cuz the corn syrup makes the brain secrete chemicals which inihibit the feeling of being full so you just keep eating and eating.....

If you want a "healthy" candy, get some licorice it's made partly from kelp.....the black licorice that is...

studies have shown that the body sometimes mistakes dehydration for hunger if you dont drink alot of water, so drinking water throughout the day and smaller meals but more meals will keep you in check.

no fat burners. Those things are bad for you period.

ive said this in everyone of these threads that has popped up pretty much:

strength train! im not talking no bowflex, im talking squats, dead lifts, bench press etc.

Squats are a complete body workout from head to toe. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn which in turn means fat loss, not weight loss. Two different things. You want to lose fat most importantly. Drink water to keep your metabolism up and stay hydrated. Look up madcow 5x5 or stronglifts 5x5 those are two good work out programs.

thanks for the advice how much water would you suggest? im just trying to get everything i need and just become as healthy as possible and it starts with knowing how much water i should drink and what i need to eat and everything. ive been thinking that i might add a salad to meal 3 and add an extra half cup of mixed vegetables to dinner and eat a whole cup instead of 1/2 and put the beans in the salad

Not the best person to ask but off top atleast double mayne.
Most days I drink jugs and jugs of h20, probally around 2-4 gallons. But I be skateboarding, playing futbol and basketball, working w/ manual labor shit, and running around like a drunken baffoon on the constant so I need a lot more than others. lol

oh and throw in more fresh fruits, youre body will thank you accordingly.

dont overdo the water, there is such thing as water intoxication and dying from too much water consumption.

8 glasses of water is about 1 liter of water, i bought a 1.5 liter water bottle that i fill up with water and thats all the water i need during the day, of course that doesnt include water lost from working out. You're pushing out the electrolytes when you over indulge in water drinking which fucks with your brain.
