Meal plan to lose weight what yall think

ok so I am 265lbs at 5'7" i lift weights and thats why there are 4 protein shakes i take throughout the day but is the rest of this meal plan that i just started following any good and is there something you would take away or add. i went to a site and it said to maintain my weight i should be eating 2500 calories or so a day and to lose 1-2 lbs of weight a week i need to only take in 2000 calories a day and burn 500 calories a day to have a deficit of 1000 a day. if i do this 7 days a week then i would have a deficit of 7000 calories a week which should equal 2lbs of weight loss a week. what do you guys think. any help is appreciated. thanks.

Meal 1:
Protein Shake-110 calories, 24g protein
2 Boiled eggs-140 calories, 12g protein

Meal 2:
1/2 cup oatmeal-150 calories, 5g protein
Apple-55 calories, 0g protein

Meal 3:
1 Can of chicken(rinsed out to get rid of alot of sodium)-120 Calories, 22g protein
1 Boiled Egg-70 calories, 6g protein

Meal 4: Pre-workout Meal
Protein Shake-150 calories, 16g protein
1 Egg on Whole Wheat Bread-290 Calories, 16g protein

Meal 5:post-Workout Meal
6oz Chicken Breast (found nutritional on website not sure how accurate)-281 calories, 53g Protein
1/4 cup Brown Rice-150 calories, 3g protein
1/2 cup Black Beans-140 calories 9g protein
1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables-40 calories, 0g protein
Protein Shake-110 calories, 24g protein

Meal 6: Right before bed so its only a shake
Protein Shake-120 Calories, 24g Protein

So I calculated that its 1,926 Calories a Day and 214g Protein. Any suggestions?

when you lift weights and are trying to build muscle you are supposed to take 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight im under what i weigh but its still a good amount

if you want to lose weight, eat less. And i highly doubt you ONLY eat what's on that list right there, you can only eat the same thing so many times before it gets too bland to handle. And if you go out during the weekend and drink thats pretty much an additional 2000 calories a night if you party hard.

Take up cocaine if you really want to slim down haha

i dont drink at all i stopped drinking over 7 years ago when i was 17 and havent touched alcohol since and like it says ive just started this diet and i use garlic and pepper as seasoning so it actually dont taste bad at all. i eat blueberries when i can afford them but its not that often and once every couple weeks im gonna eat a yogurt or two during that week to give something extra in there

1 avacado with lime and salt
1 tomato with salt
3 oz of real bacon bits
4 large eggs
4 burrito size tortillas
some roast beef hash
10 slices of roast beef
mozzeralla cheese
blue cheese
sharp cheddar cheese
10 pigs in a blanket
5 chciken apple sausages
10 turkkkky breakfast sausages
and 1 qt of orange juice

after tis im gonna take a nap

hit the gym at around 7, and be ready to put in work.

yea, i would recommend a salad of some sort with both lunch and dinner. One of my favorites is mixed greens with arugula, and maybe some whole basil leaves. dress it with a simple vinaigrete composed of: extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, small bit of raw garlic, tiny bit of honey, table spoon of grainy mustard, salt, pepper...You can never eat too much salad...

i just dont know how much calories and that a salad would have and i dont wanna go over 2000 calories because of the needing 3500 deficit to lose 1 lb of weight and if i only get 2000 that would give me a deficit of 500 then 500 burn doing cardio would be 1000 a day and 7 days a week would be 7000 which would be 2 lbs a week

the shit is on 1 big plate and 2 bowls, not including the small plate with the tortillas. itll be worth it at the end of the night, ill have energy like a fuccin wildachree, lol.

thats a lot of fuckin protein.
shit... I take in around 300 grams a day sometimes

as far as that diet goes... looked pretty good from glancing over it

keep hittin the weights so your metabolic rate is up and hit that cardio (either after your workout of first thing in the morning
