uhh for her to say that they dont use black ink, she might as well have had a dick in her mouth sayin that shit. blue and purple may show up better, but to say they dont is pretty dumb. a lot of my cats got tats in black ink.
ive seen a guy who was black and he had white ink. It stood out better than most black ink tatoos i see on black kids. Specially this one guy i lift with, you can barely make out what hes got tatooed on there.
