because he gets the least run support of any starting pitcher in baseball..

he pitches great every start and since the giants dont score any runs, he loses games that we would usually always win

therefore he looks like a loser than the great pitcher that he really is

Pitchers only pitch like 2, 3 innings nowadays

Baseball is hella feminized

so you prefer seeing pitchers throw 145+ pitches in 3 innings and leaving them in there to just get rocked? wtf kinda strategy is that. if your QB throws 4 picks before the 2nd half; hes probably going to be benched. its a fucking team, not how good one pitcher can do. and the league is developing some real sluggers nowadays; pitching is due for another evolution.

I dont think leaving a pitcher thats fuckin up is a good idea, BUT pitchers are babied nowadays, there never used to be middle relievers, set up guys, and a gang of closers, it used to be a common occurence for a pitcher to have a complete game, now its a rarity to see a starter make it through the 7th. The "100" pitch rule for pulling guys is weak. Now everyones worried about tarnishing the arm on some kid they blew $100 million on, and the pitchers are getting used to it, instead of playing as hard as possible for as long as possible. Its got to be frustrating as shit to start a game, only give up a couple hits, get pulled in the 5th or 6th just because you hit 100 pitches, and then see the reliever get raped for 4 runs and the game is shot. Nolan Ryan was a pitcher, Barry Zito is a bitch.

although i dont completely agree with this (ex. Mark Prior, Kerry Wood), nolan ryan once threw 245 pitches in a 12 inning game!!!
