How can I stop myself from masterbating ?

I know its a sin and I want to discontinue these sinful actions. I usually masterbate about twice a week on the average ....... Im not the "horny" type of individual. But whenever I do it I feel "dirty" afterward. Like the feeling you get after youve committed a sin.

Ive already committed myself into becoming a born again virgin ........ but what is the point if I masterbate every so often with sexual thoughts on my mind ? I want to put a definitive end to all this.
