Mandatory Sterilization of Pit Bulls

Id like to know more about this too. I say it too many times over its not the dogs at fault, its the owners. There has to be some kind of stipulation with a law such as this. Are they targeting the backyard bred pit bulls or any mixed breeds, or any breeds associated with American Pit Bull Terriers? Like I told one ignorant veterinarian, "the day you get a castration done to yourself I'll go and take my dogs in to get catrastrated."
That ain't shit! Down in Douglas, AZ, if you have an unregistered pit, or "vicious dog", they (the police) take it to your front yard and pop a bullet in it's head, right in front of you. I saw it on the news a couple weeks ago. This is the only text the local newspaper allows me to copy without paying for their archive access:

I saw this shit on the news and it pissed me the fuck off. They showed this lady in front of her house, with blood on the floor from where they shot her "family dog". She said they did it right in front of her kids too.
