MAN WHAT THE FUCK IS DNAS

AND WHY WONT IT LET ME HOOK MY PLAYSTATION UP TO PLAY ONLINE SOCOM 2???

i got my shit configered right i believe, it goes through the online phase, then it checks some dnas or dsna or some shit and tells me i have an error.

im on sbc yahoo dsl and i have a 4 plug router.


any help would be appreciated.

What I have to do I unplug my modem cause it has the IP address for my computer configured to it and when it turns off resets for my ps2.

Also, could be your router.

Try setting up a static IP address and DNS addresses in your network for your ps2.

did you switch your ps2 online format to LAN?
try unpluging everything and start over from scratch. I had to plug n unplug n replug my ps2 several times over till i got it right.

Set up a second connection and try that

Also, is your system modded or do you have any cheats... I think DNAS checks for that shit

try opening up your ports on your router...might be a firewall problem
