Man, 94, Accused of Child Molestation, Public Indecency With Vacuum

PHOENIX -- Police say they have arrested a 94-year-old man on suspicion of child molestation stemming from a report of public indecency.
The arrest follows a 3-week investigation into the behavior of Dale Warren Graham who was initially detained on a charge of public sexual indecency.
A neighbor first alerted police to Graham when he found the elderly man in his garage with a vacuum cleaner attached to the front of his pants.
As the investigation continued, police said they determined Graham had contact with children and had inappropriately touched at least two of them.
Graham has been booked on suspicion of child molestation, public sexual indecency and aggravated assault.
