A man faces up to 200 years in prison after he was convicted of raping and brutalizing three girls and five women in communities along the Long Beach 710 Freeway.
Prosecutors say Daniel Sanchez was convicted in Los Angeles County Superior Court of 58 felony counts of rape, burglary and other crimes.
The convictions came Thursday after a four-day trial.
Sanchez was charged with raping his victims in Paramount, Long Beach, Compton, Lynwood, Bell and Bell Gardens between 2001 to 2003.
Most of his victims were in their teenage years and two, ages 11 and 14, were attacked in their homes.
He will be sentenced March 25.
