Making A Splash Logo

lemme know what you guys think, it was somethign i just threw together in he last 1/2 hour. its for a high school senior class t-shirt. it will be on the chest of the tee (pocket sized) and then there will be the school name and the list of students on the back.

looks like its making a splash in paint as apposed to water.....

stroke on grundge fonts doesnt work well...and i think that bevel on the splash is throwing it off...
