how much should she xpect to pay?

WELL IN OUR TOWN WE HAVE A LOCAL PAPER IN SAC WE HAD "SAC. NEWS N REVIEW"
A RAG THAT YOU CAN GET AT ANY STARBUCKS, THEY ARE GOOD IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN AND WANNA KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE TOWN FROM FOOD, NIGHT CLUBS , MOVIE LISTINGS, AND LOCAL NEWS OF THE WEEK THAT TYPE OF STUFF IT'S ABOUT THE SIZE OF BILLBOARD

AND YES TO design it ALL IT WILL TAKE IS TO
(5 crops, some fonts, and some lighting efects)
