Has anybody seen this? If you like history and mob shit, I suggest copping this DVD. It's 2 discs, and it goes from immigration, to Joe Kennedy and alcohol bootlegging, to the Mob empire. Beautiful documentary hosted by Bill Curtis.

It was done in the early 90's, but a lot of people don't know about this.

better not just be about the dagos cause Irish gangs started that shit in America. The Irish mob is the original mob
Why we gotta be called Dagos? lol. Damn!

The Irish mob did start in the 19th Century in the U.S., but so did the Italian Mob. The Mob life as we know it today is based on the way the Italian/Jewish mobsters did it from the early 20th Century to present day.

i used to f&%# with American Justice & Investigative Reports real tough in the early/mid nineties, straight mob sh%# theyd go in depth back then it was all about john gotti, the philly mob, those were the best crime shows on tv. now the shows a & e does look more like something i'd watch in a classroom in high school, not as interesting as back then i don't think. nowadays it's like a sleep aid sometimes.
