NCAA 2003 is badass...gotta go with Madden...

Sega can't make sports games...and microsoft is still learning...EA Sports got it locked up...

Holy shit, put the crack pipe down Vil'! There isn't a developer out there fucking with the NBA 2K series and even though I don't play hockey, I know the NHL 2K series is top notch. Maybe Madden is the closest competition on the football front but, it's no 2K. Props to the Madden team for putting out a great product every year but, on game play alone, the NFL 2K series has shitted on it since it's debut.

I was talkin to some video game store peeps. They told me "its been 2K the past few years, but this year you should go with Madden". I'm probably not gonna buy either and just play final fantasy again. But i do have to say this: In madden you can challenge the calls.

Madden is far better graphic wise, the people on 2k2 and Fever, look like Supermen...the body are not proportioned right...

Madden has a far better playbook...and with NCAA and Madden, you can a have player go from his freshman year in college, then draft him into Madden and play with him there...

Although admittedly...EA Sports has had trouble converting NBA Live to PS2 format, the last two have been less than steller, but on PS1, the NBA Live series was the shit...

i disagree. sega is known for its exceptional player features and madden is known for having players that all look the same just different colors. Sega by far consistently puts out the best sports games. EA is good but if you want quality, go with nfl 2k3

I agree with the poster who said that it takes more skill to play sega games. it seems to me that madden can be mastered by anyone in one night. if u want real competition, Sega is the shit!

Madden is way more challenging than 2k3 hands down! in 2k2 all you gatta do is do one juke move and your clear for a touchdown. Way too easy I need a challenge. Madden might not have better graphics during gameplay but who cares too much about graphics, I care about the gameplay! N' Challenge

I USE TO HATE MADDEN TILL PS2 CAME OUT SEGAS 2K SERIES IS TIGHT TOO THOUGH I JUST PREFER MADDEN DUE TO ITS REALISM , GRAPHICS DONT MEAN TO MUCH OVER GAMEPLAY TO ME OTHER WISE ID HAVE AN X-BOX INSTEAD OF 3 PLAYSTATIONS AND A GAMECUBE
