lol mac dre wasnt known for his lyrics. His flow and delivery got better and better towards the end. I dont think you listened to too much mac dre when he was alive.

imo mac dre was and is the best rapper OVERALL out the bay...i mean look at it like this...his older shit is ALL considered classic, real fans from the bay and anywhere else know he has always been one of the sicker rappers out...clean flow, clean delivery, clean ass lyrics...and when he started more on the Thizzelle Washington type sound which really began on "its not what you say..." i remember personally thinking at first , wow, this is on some new shit, and im feelin it....the more material he put out later in his career the better his flow and delivery got in my opinion as well as the lyrics...niggas say he dumbed it down but listen to it, no one can spit that al boo boo type shit like the mac...basically if youre a fan of his you gotta feel his progression and try to understand it and appreciate it....and NONE of them niggaz over at Thizz are using his lyrics, i mean, isnt that hella obvious? lol...lastly tho is that for a lot of the OG mac dre fans i know how they feel because their is a definite difference between MD from 95-2000 to 2001 and on...but, its 2007 now, no one wants a great rapper to rap the same way they did 10 years earlier, straight up that shit aint the thizzness...and since he passed away it should allow all of you to appreciate his unique style even more...mac dre is the goat
