West Coast rap veteran Mack 10's Soft White opened at No. 141. In his first week on store shelves, the West Side Connection member's new project has pushed 3,900 records.

Evening out the new debuts is Hispanic rapper Lil Rob's Love & Hate which landed at No. 158. After seven days of availability, the emcee's latest effort stands at 3,300 scanned discs.

I know some may be upset about this, but its funny to me..3,000+ records..what do you do after that if you were once a popular artist?(Mack 10) do you quit? is the time and effort worth it?...

HEY THAT 3,000 MORE CD'S THAN SOME RAPPERS SELL IN A YEAR. LOL. BUT YES THAT IS SAD.

im gettin both of these...they both surprised me when i sampled them...thought theyd be straight wack...lil rob even hooked back up with steve vicious on 2 tracks..

Mack 1 0 always knew how to make that west coast music.
He does have several good songs.

Lil' Rob...wow...this vato stepped it up. Several good songs.

I copped Mack 10's album via Amazon . . . I'm feelin' it. I didn't know Rob had anything new until a few days ago. So far I've only read good things about his new CD . . . my copy should arrive sometime next week.

dam people are saying rob got some good tracks on there huh? interesting.hooked up with steve vicious? somebody post a link to a "good tack" of his if ya got it i really dont believe he has anything worth listening to

i know right....i was up in Vegas at the MGM pool that had a dj around the time the song came out...he had white girls going up to southsiders all faded in the pool tryna spit game like "so do you guys LEAN like a cholo?".he better have hit it lol

YEAH I WAS A ROB HATER AS WELL.. BUT I FOUND THIS ON YOUTUBE, AND I GOTTA SAY.. NOT BAD.. ITS A BIG STEP UP.
