"Macho Man" Randy Savage To Be On VH1's Surreal Life
Reported by Daniel Pena on 05/30/2006
Hulk Hogan won't be the only wrestler to be featured on VH1 as his good pal "Macho Man" Randy Savage is set to appear on a "Celebreality" show as well.
A professional poker player by the name of Phil Hellmuth did an interview on Sirius Satellite Radio earlier today. He said that he will be on the next season of VH1's Surreal Life along with Playboy Playmate Tina Jordan, rock musician Peter Steel, and "Macho Man" Randy Savage. At the moment, there is no word yet as to when the new season will kick off.
For the most part, Randy Savage has been in seclusion since his infamous stint in TNA in late 2004. However, he did come out of hibernation to make an all too rare public appearance at a children's holiday concert in Tampa last December. Upon learning of his appearance, wrestling fans were startled to see that his beard had gone completely grey. It should be interesting to see if he dyes it for the show.
