mac mall is a hella clean rapper and has a long history of bay area classics. but ne fan should be able to recognize that lately he hasnt been comin wit his full potential. i mean if u listen to his old shit and compare it u cant deny that. it might be because hes more used to that old bay sound like 90s mob shit and wut not. not to say hhes weak now, hes still a heavy hitter in the bay game, but hes defenitly not as consistent as he needs to be.

mac mall is in the top 3 from the bay for me, i got about 4 or 5 of his cds and i enjoy alot of his songs, i remember when i was first listening to him i was thinking this guy knows how to make good music, i was introduced by him from watching The Gift and i remember liking his voice so when i was out to a local store i saw one of his cds and i decided to pick up Manuscript Volume 1, i enjoyed it very much, but then i picked up another one of the Manuscript cds and it was a disappointment, but owell, arent those like a mix of his older songs neways?

Mac Mall has always been one of my favorite rappers. The only time he disappointed me was with that Mackin Speaks Louder than Words. But i think it was the beats I wasn't feeling more than anything. That cd had a couple good songs on it though. In my opinion all of his other cds are classic and I still bump em all.

Mac Mall is one of the best - I heard a few of his early tracks and wasn't really feeling him, it took until I heard some of his features on Beware of Those, and now he's one of my favorite artists of all time, even the old tracks that I wasn't feeling are classics.

You're right though, Mac Mall doesn't get as much love on these boards as he deserves

I felt at first listen that mac mall wasnt all that great but the more i listen to his shit and what hes speakin i dig it. On fuckn Da U.S. open he comes fuckin dope on every song, but most rappers came siccer when they were rappin with dre tho. One of my favorite tracks by mall "Wide Open" on Illegal Business? 2000 also its on the new thizz nation 3. Which gots a dope ass keak song called way back with michael boltons song "Said i loved you but i lied" mixed for the beat. other than that that new thizz nation isnt all that great lotta old songs, prolly foR ALL these new little thizz followers.
