list what kind of phone you have, how you can transfer them to your phone... and the format if you already know it.. mp3, wav, midi, mmf

i got a NEC 525.........and the only way i know of transfering them is thru email...it plays midi and mmf....hook me up mayne!!! i got some weak ass ringtones
