What's the deal with artists not putting out lyrics with album inserts anymore? I know this trend probably died out a long ass time ago but I hate coming across lyrics that some 10 year typed with a whole bunch of nonsense that doesn't even make sense.

Is it that hard for artist to post their original work at least in the CD booklet or online. I mean some might argue what's the point, listen and type out your own. But I argue because so many albums back in the 90's would do it and all of sudden it's off the face of the earth. What gives?

Most artists nowadays dont need an insert for their lyrics cuz they'd have to get copyright from the 50 other rappers with lyrics included with their release.

Oh fuck there goes Brixton talkin about lyrical skills again....let the hate commence lol

Weezy,Tech & Plies fans need not comment

Because inserts cost money... printing ain't free and labels are optimizing their profits..... they save some change for each album printed and if you take that from millions of albums it adds up.... if they added lyrics it would add to the number of panels and add to the cost so less profit.
