WTF? E-40 by far! This shouldn't even be an issue. Don't get me wrong, Sicx had spits and ITWCT is a sick ass album but Sicx has never, could never and will never be able to fuck wit 40. Period.

I got to go with Sicx on ear catchin shit, but we havent heard from him in years, and we all know why, if your talkin about E40 vs Sicx in the 90s its tough to say cuz they both fuck with word play awful good, my favorite Sicx line is off Tremendous "off to the train tracks like Stand by me, lookin for any dead bod e" shit is tight, Horrorcore Sicx is easily better there totally different on what there about so its tough to compare

it aint fair to judge them against each other, since we havent heard any new spits from SICX in a couple years.
E-40 has the west coast on lock right now, nobody can deny that
