^^^I guess Lynch was just not happy, how Art B managed the label and they split. And I think, that Art B and Lynch together own the copyright for "Siccmade Musicc", so that now Lynch had to change it to avoid any trouble...

Not 100% sure though.
Lynch is supposed to announce all this soon. I guess he just wants everything to be done, before he declares anything...
