fuk no i wont b there, i dont like going to dem lowrider car showz, tha only tyme i go iz when itz free....other than that i wont go 2 dat shyt. cuz lowrider mag supports nuthin but southern cali shyt, i may b wrong but thiz tha shyt i've been noticeing for awhile now, if u look through a lowrider mag. youll c nuthin but cars from southern cali n other shyt like dat, i aint never seen them wit cars from ppl that live up north. but like i said b for i may b wrong bout thiz whole thing but i aint gonna support a mag who doesnt support us up here
Following what has happened in Fresno and in other areas. and I am speaking on what he said from his own mouth in an interveiw on B95 a clearchannel station. also it wasnt a choped up made up interview where answers are given and the dj records questions to make it seem like they really interviewed him. to paraphrase, lil rob explained how he didnt show up in fresno cause of all the calls radio stations were receiving about no one wanting him there, all the threats that the radio station was receiving directed at lil rob, and how who ever was promoting the show didnt want to take out extra $ to add security and bring more FPD out. He went on about he WAS affiliated with gangs, never said sur but even an idiot new what he was implying. back to my point doubt this will take place, not in such a public place, not where lowrider would want to take such a risk.
Everyone talking about a depromotion team, Fresno was able to do it simply by flooding the radio station with no one wants him here, things may go down, rivals will fight. That day at the fair when he didnt show up was crazy no lie, the sur's were out in full colors when bulldogs would see them shit went down quick.He apoligized to fresno and the fair for any mishaps that happened cause of him. I mean had they had it in a secluded club in fresno then his concert would of went down, not in the fair though too many people, to close to sur unfriendly varrios.
On a side note lowrider carshows are not what they were before. every since they were sold to that concomlerate they havent been the same. you have to pay more than all other shows, see less cars since many car clubs still boycott till this day. Either way chocha will be there so everyone wants to see some pics!
