And announcers and commentator always hype up players during games…that’s what they do. Watch a Sunday night game or a Monday night game. They take the best player from each time and ride their nuts all game long.

Yes I know this, and I don't take much from them. I just said they ride his nuts, but that's mostly after they talk about the other team riding his nuts.

They ride the NFL's top players for a particular position a lot worse than just a team's best player. Gore is in that boat. The fact is, when someone mentions the best backs in the NFL there are 4 names that are almost ALWAYS included in the discussion: LT, LJ, Steven Jackson and Frank Gore. Elite means the guy is in a class with the best, and not many people will disagree that Gore is already in that class.

I know, I know.. It's only been one year. But like I said I think it has more to do with how he earned his yards, not just the fact that he had the yards.

One good season out of how many as a featured back? Oh yeah, one. I don't like the Niners much, but I won't discredit their players. There is no way LaMont Jordan should even be mentioned in the same breath as Frank Gore. And I wish niggas would give up with that "one good season" shit, Gore has proven he is a great back. He breaks tackles, literally plowing thru niggas, he jukes the fuck out of them, spins away from them, catches passes, picks up blitzes, forces defenses to focus on him, period. That shit will not go away, he will only get even better. Don't let his early season slump fool you niggs, Gore is the real deal.

If Gore had some of the holes LaMont has had so far he'd be leading the league in rushing right now.

Back on topic... LaMont is looking good on Sundays. The nigga is picking up yardage, but the line is helping him a lot, which is great. I hope he continues having good games and helping us get some more Ws.

To be clear, the Niners' line is far superior to ours in terms of talent. They're just not getting it done out there. It's like they're not on the same page or some shit, but their actual players are better than ours. Our line is just flat out opening it up for LaMont and I couldn't ask for more. So I'll say it like this, our line is PERFORMING better than the Niners' line is.
