LAST YEARS ABOMINATION OF AN OFFENSIVE LINE HAD ME THINKING THAT MAYBE THIS GUY WASN'T GOING TO EVER GOING TO IMPROVE AND BECOME A LEGIT GROUND THREAT IN THE LEAGUE. I THINK AT WEEK 3, LEADING THE DIVISION IN RUSHING YARDS ALONG WITH BEING IN 2ND PLACE IN THE ENTIRE NFL FOR RUSHING YARDS, IT'S SAFE TO SAY THAT LAMONT JORDAN IS A DOPE RUNNING BACK.

WHERE DOES FRANK GORE RANK AT AGAIN?

Lamont Jordan on fire all 3 games. Hes been a damn beast! It just shows our offensive line has improved big time from last year. No RB could of ran with that Line. Lets see how he does against Jason Taylor and Miami's Run Defense.

By the way, I am not here to hate on LaMont Jordan, the only reason I said shit is because Solitary had to bring up Gore. LaMont is looking nice.. But if you wanna talk shit, where is LaDainian? Where is Steven Jackson? Where is Larry Johnson? Exactly. All the elite backs are looking bad and despite LaMont's nice start, he is not among them.

i've always thought l-boogie had the talent to become quite a good back. he's not the fastest back, but he seems to be a smart and shifty runner, who also runs with power. although i'm a cowboys fan, i'm around raiders fans, and for some reason, they don't like lamont jordan. i know he hasn't been the back most raiders fans envisioned him to be...however, i think he's off to a pretty good start and with the improved offensive line's play, he should have a pretty good year.

Jordan runs good with zone blocking like they have this season. Two years ago when norv turner was the coach they also were doing some zone blocking, and jordan had a big season then.

I'm looking foward to seeing dominic rhodes come after week 4, the raiders are gonna have quite the rushing attack. Rhodes has a similiar running style to jordan only he's a faster.

Hella people last year were saying Lamont was garbage and that the raiders should trade him. I was telling people all of last year (not here) that he didn't have shit for blocking, yet he has holes to run though now, big difference. Last year people were not opening holes and missing
their assignments, the offensive line was probably the worst the NFL has had in a good while. Last season he was one of the only raiders to put his heart in every single game. Like when he fumbled then on the sidelines he was on all fours pounding the ground blaming himself for the loss.
For people who thought he was not a good RB please no longer call yourself a raider. The guy has extreme heart and dedication and I hope he is a raider for years to come.

Lamont definitely has great skills on the ground. He makes plays look all too easy at times. Im definitely pleased with his performance so far this season. Im hoping with Rhodes coming back will open up bigger plays downfield....
